About The Position

Microsoft's Washington State & Global Employee Engagement (WSGEE) team operates at the intersection of public policy, philanthropy, and employee engagement. The team is responsible for enhancing the company's long-term trust, credibility, and impact in Washington State, while also promoting employee giving and volunteerism globally. Their flagship program, Microsoft Give, facilitated over $250 million in giving (including company match) and more than 1.2 million volunteer hours in fiscal year 2026, supporting over 36,000 nonprofits worldwide. To effectively engage Microsoft's 220,000 employees, the Global Employee Engagement team is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Activation & Enablement. This role focuses on empowering business groups, regions, and employee networks with the necessary systems, tools, content, playbooks, and AI-powered resources to manage giving and volunteering initiatives independently. This approach aims to scale programs, unlock new opportunities, and foster stronger partnerships across Microsoft. The position also oversees the employee-facing aspects of Microsoft Give, including website content and the execution of key recognition moments and initiatives. It offers an opportunity to apply a marketing and communications perspective to a globally recognized employee engagement program. The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with senior leaders across CELA and the company, influence how a global program reaches employees worldwide, and define the future of personalized, scaled enablement.
