About The Position

Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Program Manager & Administrator to provide full-spectrum programmatic, administrative, and analytical support to U.S. Navy Above Water Sensors and Lasers programs, spanning the complete acquisition lifecycle. This role supports cradle-to-grave program management activities aligned with the DoW 5000 series, NAVSEA technical instructions, Program Management processes, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways. The position requires close coordination with the Major Program Manager, Deputy PM, PAPMs, Technical Directors, and cross-functional technical and programmatic teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of program tasks and deliverables. This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • A) a high school degree, or a GED, and 20 years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
  • B) a bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
  • C) a master's degree and 10 years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance. Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Navy/DoW policy and guidance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Above Water Sensor/Lasers portfolio.
  • Experience collecting data and performing analysis.
  • Familiarity with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum programmatic, administrative, and analytical support to U.S. Navy Above Water Sensors and Lasers programs.
  • Support cradle-to-grave program management activities aligned with the DoW 5000 series, NAVSEA technical instructions, Program Management processes, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways.
  • Coordinate closely with the Major Program Manager, Deputy PM, PAPMs, Technical Directors, and cross-functional technical and programmatic teams.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of program tasks and deliverables.
  • Configuration management of historical program documentation.
