Senior Program Director, NewWorld Strategies

NewWorld Inc.•New York, NY
•$145,000 - $175,000•Remote

About The Position

The Senior Program Director runs business development for NewWorld Strategies end to end, serving as the CEO’s thought partner and daily collaborator. The role sources, pitches, and closes opportunities, then turns signed engagements into staffed, onboarded, running projects by coordinating the CEO’s team and the wider business. The position pursues opportunities for Creator Command Centers and client shows, manages client relationships, and communicates NewWorld’s work to relevant people. It develops project points of view, strategies, and proposals with the CEO and team, then pitches and closes the work. After a sale, the Senior Program Director determines staffing, leads internal onboarding, and connects clients with delivery teams during project kickoffs before handing off while remaining accountable for the relationship. This is an operational number-two role focused on building and maintaining the systems and processes behind business development. The role reports to the CEO for now and is expected to report to the Head of Strategies eventually. It is full-time and remote, with the option to work from the New York office and a strong preference for candidates based in New York, Toronto, or Los Angeles. Regular travel is aligned with client pitches and engagements.
