About The Position

9th Way Insignia is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join their team. This role supports the Office of Performance Analysis and Integrity, which manages and enhances the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). The team provides technical services for EDW applications, including Project Management, Data Warehouse Management, Advanced Analytics, Tableau Server Administration, Technical Collaboration Support, Lessons Learned, Executive Orders and Special Projects, Architectural Enhancement, and Cloud Migration. They also support management, enhancement, integration, implementation, maintenance, modernization, and infrastructure for EDW applications, as well as business intelligence and predictive analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline, an additional 8 years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 10 + years of relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager, team, and stakeholders by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to evaluate the business processes and programs.
  • As part of an Agile team, support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new data sources, gathering, and analyzing relevant data to evaluate potential or new processes and/or requirements.
  • Support program deliverables development and updates, and as appropriate, generate applicable deliverables.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and document existing and emerging business requirements; work with team to ensure requirements are being included in future sprint activities.
  • Participate in team calls and meetings.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight of less experienced Program Analysts.
  • Provide accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks.
  • Support the development of documentation related to team activities and enhancements, particularly related to customer requirements development.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures and participate in period reviews of existing processes.
  • Collaborate with staff and the Program Manager to prioritize requests for ad hoc report development.
  • Collaborate with team members on metadata management and integration of process assets to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
