OBXtek is currently staffing for a Senior Program Analyst, supporting the Army’s United Network Modernization (UNM) organization. Place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA. This role involves serving as a conduit between teams in Fort Belvoir and Germany, providing direct support to the monitoring and reviews of all project schedules, and having a detailed understanding of day-to-day operations in Germany, including ongoing projects and contract deliverables. The analyst will also provide detailed reviews of major contract deliverables, administrative support (SOPs, funding documents, presentations, after-action reports), and work concurrently with a Project Coordinator. Participation in various meetings, including early morning sessions due to time differences, is expected. The role requires tracking and reporting on project deliverables, supporting funding requests, developing and presenting program information, maintaining project plans and schedules, preparing for program reviews, performing staff action control officer tasks, and participating in the operations battle rhythm. Additional duties include personnel tasks, long-range planning, administrative support (calendar management, office supplies, record management), handling data calls and RFIs, coordinating travel, attending business management meetings, routing contracting requirements, and providing annual POM inputs. The Senior Program Analyst will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for assigned projects, working collectively with other managers, and providing direct support for schedule monitoring and reviews. They will also review major contract deliverables before presentation to leadership and provide administrative support. Some travel (OCONUS and CONUS) may be expected.
