About The Position

Join the Sales team at Spotify and help grow our business by building relationships with clients and partners. We don’t just sell creative solutions; we help shape them using our expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels, and the industry. The Revenue Growth team focuses on advertiser acquisition and retention at scale by transforming data into action through go-to-market programs, lifecycle communications, and seller-facing actions. As a Senior Program Analyst - GTM Ops, you will own the technical infrastructure that supports the Revenue Growth team. This includes building team-specific tools, endpoints, and pipelines within Spotify's data infrastructure, such as reporting for sellers, data feeds for advertiser tools, and pipelines to ensure smooth operations. Your work will have a direct impact on the team's deliverables and the seller experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data/reporting roles, ideally supporting go-to-market, growth, or sales teams.
  • Experienced with SQL and BigQuery, and build with reliability and maintainability in mind.
  • Experience with dbt and understanding how to extend and maintain models within an existing DAG.
  • Enjoy building systems that work consistently for a team and take pride in operational reliability.
  • Communicate clearly and can partner directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Comfortable translating business questions into structured data outputs and reporting.
  • Curious about applying AI in data workflows, including working with or learning about LLM-driven pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Work on high-impact data problems that support revenue growth and help our advertising business scale.
  • Build and maintain dbt models and BigQuery pipelines that power team tools and seller-facing reporting.
  • Monitor pipeline health, identify issues early, and partner with data engineering and Insights teams to resolve upstream challenges.
  • Create dashboards and reports that sales teams rely on, translating business needs into clear, actionable views.
  • Partner closely with sales teams and leadership to understand needs, scope solutions, and deliver data that supports prioritization and decision-making.
  • Improve how data is used in the sales process by surfacing signals that help teams focus, personalize outreach, and close opportunities.
  • Support and extend pipelines that process unstructured data using LLMs, ensuring outputs are reliable, validated, and usable within BigQuery.
