Tessera is seeking a Motivated and Hardworking Senior Production Scheduler with a Positive/Professional attitude. This role serves as the primary customer service hub for base personnel and external customers via phone, email, and in-person support. The Senior Production Scheduler will provide guidance, training, and workload prioritization for Production Scheduler personnel, process, prioritize, and track work orders daily using CMMS, and identify potential scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and maintenance delays, developing mitigation strategies to minimize downtime. The position involves developing and maintaining short- and long-range production schedules based on customer requirements, manpower availability, material status, and equipment readiness, while maintaining accurate work order timekeeping, maintenance records, production, and operational records. Support for internal, customer, and government audits by providing maintenance records, reports, and production documentation is crucial. The role includes monitoring the maintenance backlog, coordinating resources for timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensuring maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with government regulations, contract requirements, and records management procedures. The Senior Production Scheduler will also prepare reports, SITREPs, metrics, leadership briefings, and operational summaries, monitor and report contractual performance metrics, and identify corrective actions. Support for mission readiness by coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking work progress, and ensuring timely completion of customer requirements is key. The role involves coordinating emergency and priority maintenance requirements, adjusting schedules as operational requirements change, and coordinating with procurement, supply, and warehouse personnel to ensure required parts, materials, and tools are available prior to scheduled maintenance actions. Providing customers with repair updates, service coordination, and outside vendor support, and entering and closing corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, labor, and material records in government systems are also responsibilities. Maintaining CMMS data integrity through periodic audits and validation of labor, equipment, material, and maintenance records, as well as maintaining records management, government documentation, organizational email accounts, and base key inventories, are essential. Demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, sound judgment, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related CMMS systems is required. All Other Duties as Assigned.
