About The Position
The Production Scheduler is responsible for managing customer delivery schedules, creating and communicating production schedules, and ensuring timely shipments. This role involves daily monitoring of production versus plan, identifying at-risk shipments, communicating shipment plans with customers, scheduling replacement orders, and confirming purchase orders. The scheduler will also create labels for sequenced shipments and monitor customer volumes.

- Experience in reviewing customer delivery schedules
- Ability to create production schedules
- Strong communication skills for conveying schedules to production and management
- Skills in ensuring adherence to schedules
- Capability to ensure on-time shipments
- Proficiency in identifying and monitoring at-risk shipments
- Experience in daily review of plan versus production
- Ability to communicate shipment plans with customers
- Experience in scheduling replacement orders
- Skills in confirming and entering purchase orders
- Ability to create labels for sequenced shipments
