Tessera is seeking a Motivated and Hardworking Senior Production Scheduler with a Positive/Professional attitude. This role serves as the primary customer service hub for base personnel and external customers, providing guidance, training, and workload prioritization for Production Scheduler personnel. The Senior Production Scheduler will process, prioritize, and track work orders daily using CMMS, identify potential scheduling conflicts and material shortages, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime. They will develop and maintain short- and long-range production schedules, maintain accurate work order timekeeping and maintenance records, and support audits by providing necessary documentation. The role involves monitoring the maintenance backlog, coordinating resources, ensuring documentation accuracy, preparing reports, and monitoring contractual performance metrics. Additionally, the Senior Production Scheduler will support mission readiness by coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking work progress, and ensuring timely completion of customer requirements. They will coordinate emergency and priority maintenance, adjust schedules as needed, and collaborate with procurement and supply personnel to ensure material availability. Providing customers with repair updates, service coordination, and outside vendor support are also key responsibilities. The role requires entering and closing corrective and preventive maintenance records in government systems, maintaining CMMS data integrity, and managing records, government documentation, and inventories. Demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, sound judgment, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems is essential. All Other Duties as Assigned.
