As an Senior Product Strategy and Operations Advisor within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based remotely. Role Purpose Improve execution efficiency and consistency across the product organization. Enable progress on high impact initiatives by strengthening coordination, prioritization, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Drive cross functional coordination across product initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Design, and other partners. Help establish and reinforce prioritization, planning, and execution discipline. Track and manage key initiatives, ensuring momentum, clarity of ownership, and follow through. Support the product organization’s change and transformation efforts through targeted, time bound assignments. Identify friction, dependency, or execution gaps and help teams remove blockers. Act as a trusted partner to product leadership on operational clarity and progress management. Job Description Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations. Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals. Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives. Requirements

  • Experience in product operations, strategy, program management, or business operations.
  • Strong track record of supporting cross functional execution in product led organizations.
  • Ability to operate across strategic and tactical levels.
  • Comfortable influencing without authority and working through ambiguity.
  • University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
