About The Position

Prysmian is hiring a Senior Product Specialist to interpret reels as a business and create customer value through sustainability, service, and technology. The role will influence Prysmian’s organization and customer representatives, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and lead the evolution of reel management across North America. The position leads implementation of Prysmian’s new reel return system, including customer transitions to the platform in the United States and support for digitizing reel returns in Canada. It develops customer strategies for managing steel reels, improves return cycles and service, and advances reels from logistics assets into revenue-generating opportunities. The specialist will also expand the Reeloop recycling program, manage reels’ profit and loss performance, and serve as a North American subject matter expert and ambassador for Alesea technology. The role works across business units, customers, and other stakeholders to promote adoption of new practices and technology, support sustainability objectives, improve processes, and execute strategic initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, at least 5 years of experience in business management.
Proven track record of managing business growth, with particular interest in execution.
Relevant experience using data as a revenue stream, including reporting dashboards, predicting behavior through data, and providing services with data.
Ability to manage data and communicate effectively with data analysts.
Ability to work dynamically, think creatively, and execute effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in teams and manage schedules, and willingness to make decisions and be accountable for work, customer feedback, and strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to improve steel reel management at customer locations.
Improve customer service, accelerate reel return cycles, and maximize the value of technology-enabled solutions.
Build customer relationships and encourage adoption of reel management practices that benefit Prysmian and its customers.
Lead implementation of Prysmian’s new reel return system across North America.
Manage customer transitions to the new platform in the United States and support digitization of reel return processes in Canada.
Ensure a seamless customer experience while improving efficiency, visibility, and compliance.
Develop reels as a revenue-generating business opportunity by collaborating with business units and customers to identify needs and create value.
Use Alesea technology to develop revenue streams and strengthen Prysmian’s competitive advantage.
Expand adoption of the Reeloop recycling program and partner with customers and cross-functional teams to establish effective recycling processes.
Own reels profit and loss performance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting business metrics.
Identify process improvements, cost optimization, and revenue growth opportunities; monitor operations and execute strategic initiatives and daily business activities.
Serve as a North American ambassador and subject matter expert for Alesea technology solutions.
Promote internal and external adoption of technology for reel tracking, visibility, and asset management, and provide stakeholder expertise, training, and support.
Align internal teams and external partners around Prysmian’s reel strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and maintain stakeholder, customer, and industry relationships.
