About The Position

EarnIn is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to help shape business strategy and execution across customer insights, go-to-market, customer adoption, product, and operations. The role applies AI-native capabilities to business operations and operates like an early general manager: understanding business economics, defining strategy, and translating goals into execution. Depending on where the business needs support, the role may work across EarnIn’s business units. The position combines strategy and hands-on building. It includes defining new opportunities, incubating 0-to-1 experiments, evaluating partnership opportunities, and executing initiatives that drive growth and adoption. The manager will help put AI agents and workflows into production, ensuring they are fast, safe, and durable, and turn successful pilots into reusable playbooks, templates, and reference implementations. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mountain View, California, with in-office work required two days per week. The base salary range is $153,000–$187,000, plus equity and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, customer success, sales, business development, and/or partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or agentic workflows to automate or improve business operations, such as go-to-market, sales, or customer success work.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, achieving goals, and influencing and building alignment up to the executive level.
  • Comfort speaking directly with customers and partners, working with product and engineering teams, and managing revenue and costs.
  • Experience taking a pilot or experiment and turning it into a repeatable process used by other teams.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort interfacing internally and externally.
  • Strong data retrieval, analytics, and presentation skills, and comfort using data to make decisions.
  • High ownership and curiosity across finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Ability to think from first principles, work through ambiguity, and combine strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Enthusiasm for testing and learning, resilience in the face of failure and roadblocks, and demonstrated success working with limited resources.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or master’s degree.
  • Experience in startups, lean business units, or product incubation teams, with end-to-end ownership and limited support.

  • 0-to-1 experience with fintech products.
  • Experience in fintech or regulated, security-sensitive environments.
  • Experience with AI governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop roadmaps and key proof points for B2B initiatives and work with a small cross-functional team to execute them.
  • Run experiments to improve go-to-market and customer adoption, and convert learnings into scalable playbooks.
  • Identify manual work in B2B go-to-market, adoption, and account operations that can be replaced with agentic workflows, and partner with engineering to build them.
  • Move AI pilots from experiments into production by creating reusable playbooks, templates, and reference implementations.
  • Make successful pilots sustainable so other teams can operate them without starting over.
  • Work with business development, sales, and account management to create pitch decks and sales content that generate business opportunities.
  • Develop solutions that drive growth and operational excellence, and implement product testing and rollouts on the ground.
  • Evaluate B2B business processes for opportunities to use agents and automation.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, making results visible and trustworthy.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, including the executive team, and build consensus to advance new work.
