About The Position

EarnIn is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to shape business strategy and execution across customer insights, go-to-market, customer adoption, product, and operations. The role applies AI-native ways of working to business operations, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. The position may be assigned to different business units based on organizational needs. AI agents and workflows developed in the role are expected to run in production and be fast, safe, and durable. The position is based in Mountain View and is hybrid, with in-office work required two days per week. The stated base salary range is $153,000–$187,000, plus equity and benefits.
