About The Position

The Product Operations Manager will own how the product is delivered, adopted, and improved in the real world. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams, translating strategy into execution. It is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role where the individual will not just support the system but build it. The company is a Series B, venture-backed Public Benefit Corporation focused on delivering specialty outpatient care for people with severe mental illness through high-acuity, in-person clinics nationwide. They are building a novel care model, including proprietary clinical protocols, novel measurement, and an AI-driven data platform for severe mental illness.
