Senior Product Operations Manager

Amae HealthSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Amae Health is a Series B, venture-backed Public Benefit Corporation delivering specialty outpatient care for people with severe mental illness through high-acuity, in-person clinics nationwide. Our integrated model brings psychiatry, therapy, primary care, dietitians, and community support together under one roof. Leading health systems—including NewYork-Presbyterian, Cedars-Sinai, Mass General Brigham, Novant Health, and CommonSpirit —collaborate with us to expand this level of care. Alongside care delivery, we are building the science and technology the field has long lacked—proprietary clinical protocols, novel measurement, and an AI-driven data platform designed for severe mental illness. The impact: fewer hospitalizations, greater stability, and more people living meaningful lives in their communities. The Role Product is core to how we scale care—and how we get better outcomes for patients. As our Senior Product Operations Manager, you’ll own how the product actually gets delivered, adopted, and improved in the real world. You’ll sit at the center of Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams, turning strategy into execution. This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role. You won’t just support the system—you’ll build it.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Operations, GTM, or similar execution-heavy roles
  • Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption
  • Strong systems thinker—you’ve built processes that scale across teams
  • Exceptional communicator—you can translate between engineers, clinicians, and operators
  • Experience managing feedback loops, support workflows, or ticket triage
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity—you create clarity where none exists
  • High urgency and ownership—you move fast and finish what you start
  • Fluency with AI tools to increase speed and leverage
  • Deep alignment with our mission to improve mental health care
  • Able to work in-person from our San Francisco HQ

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Launch & Rollout: Own end-to-end execution of product launches—from rollout planning to go-live. Build scalable playbooks that ensure features land effectively across clinics.
  • Ensure Adoption in the Field: Translate product into practice—design training, materials, and workflows that clinicians actually use. Run live sessions and ensure teams are confident using new tools.
  • Build Operational Infrastructure: Create and maintain clear documentation across features, workflows, and systems. Establish the operating rhythms that keep Product, Engineering, and Clinical aligned.
  • Be the Execution Engine: Own cross-functional coordination and push work across the finish line. Bring structure to ambiguity—prioritize, unblock, and deliver.
  • Close the Feedback Loop: Manage intake and triage of product feedback and support tickets. Turn real-world insights into actionable inputs for Product and Engineering.
  • Do What It Takes: We’re a startup—no job is too small. You’ll step in wherever needed to move the work forward.
