Senior Product Marketing Manager

UKGAtlanta, GA
$102,300 - $147,050Hybrid

About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who leads with narrative instinct, operates independently, and earns influence through clarity and a well-developed point of view. In this role, you will drive go-to-market strategy, messaging, and launch execution across a portfolio of workforce technology products — spanning frontline employee engagement, HR service delivery, mobile workforce experience, and emerging AI capabilities. This is for you if you have done this work before and is ready to own it. You’ve built messaging that stuck, run launches that landed, and navigated the friction of cross-functional alignment. You bring perspective to the table, not just output — and you know the difference between a story that sounds good and one that actually moves a buyer.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field; B2B SaaS experience required.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning that drives measurable results in the field.
  • Strong storytelling and written communication skills — you can make a complex idea land for a C-suite buyer, a frontline manager, or a sales rep.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without formal authority.
  • Experience running product launches end-to-end, from positioning through field enablement and performance measurement.
  • A developed point of view on markets, buyers, and competitive dynamics — and the confidence to defend it.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with workforce technology, HR tech, or adjacent markets is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own product messaging and positioning for assigned product areas, grounded in deep buyer understanding and a clear competitive frame.
  • Build narratives that connect capability to customer outcome — with a clear arc that answers why this matters, why UKG, and why now.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing content including one-pagers, solution briefs, pitch decks, and web copy — with minimal direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement of messaging based on win/loss data, field feedback, and customer conversations.
  • Operate as a strategic partner to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing — not just a content producer, but a thought partner who shapes how the team goes to market.
  • Drive alignment on messaging and positioning across campaigns, sales plays, and launch materials before they reach the field.
  • Bring structure and a clear point of view to ambiguous or contested situations — synthesize inputs, identify the throughline, and move teams forward.
  • Proactively identify and close gaps between product direction, market messaging, and buyer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain deep fluency across a portfolio of product areas that includes: Frontline workforce engagement, Next-generation HR service delivery, Mobile workforce experience, and Emerging AI capabilities.
  • Own enablement assets, lead launch planning, and drive a competitive narrative — in close partnership with Product Management and senior leadership.
  • Maintain an informed, current point of view on market trends, buyer dynamics, and competitive positioning across assigned product areas.
  • Synthesize inputs from the field, customers, analysts, and competitive signals into actionable insights — with a perspective on what they mean for strategy, not just a summary of what was said.
  • Develop and evolve competitive intelligence resources that help Sales win and help the team position with confidence.
  • Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution for assigned product areas, coordinating across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews, asset production timelines, and cross-functional dependencies with a bias toward proactive communication.
  • Track and report on post-launch performance — adoption signals, field feedback, and content effectiveness — with a point of view on what to optimize.

Benefits

  • flexibility that’s real
  • benefits you can count on
  • team that succeeds together
  • performance-based bonus plan
  • restricted stock unit awards
