As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Sustainability Management, you will sit at the center of product innovation, market strategy, and revenue enablement. You’ll help define how we win: translating sustainability management capabilities into compelling market narratives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders across the business, and driving measurable impact through launches, campaigns, sales enablement, and market insights. Requirements

  • 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, sustainability, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Shape and Execute the Market Narrative: Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of Workiva’s Sustainability Management solutions. Shape how we engage sustainability, finance, risk, legal, and compliance buyers, translating complex regulatory, data, and reporting challenges into clear business value. Translate platform capabilities, including AI-enabled innovation, into compelling narratives that resonate across campaigns, content, events, and sales conversations. Bring Workiva’s point of view on sustainability management, connected reporting, ESG data governance, and regulatory disclosure readiness to life across marketing channels.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and translate capabilities into market-ready messaging, launch plans, and enablement. Lead cooperative efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Content, and Field Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns and integrated GTM execution. Foster alignment among internal stakeholders around launch priorities, buyer needs, competitive insights, and field feedback.
  • Drive Go-to-Market Excellence: Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned Sustainability Management capabilities, from market insight to launch planning to field enablement. Develop launch materials, pitch narratives, objection handling, competitive positioning, and customer-facing messaging. Enable Sales with tools, narratives, and insights that help accelerate pipeline, improve buyer engagement, and increase win rate. Measure the effectiveness of go-to-market activities, using insights to optimize future launches, campaigns, and enablement. Embed AI into the core of PMM to power our go-to-market engine: automating competitive research to identify market gaps, using generative models to pressure-test messaging against specific personas, and leveraging AI-driven insights to accelerate product discovery.
  • Be the Voice of the Market: Bring customer, buyer, competitive, and regulatory insights into the business to inform messaging, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. Navigate ambiguous market shifts, including evolving sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks, buyer expectations, AI, and competitive offerings to deliver clear business context to internal teams. Partner with customer-facing teams to understand field feedback, evaluate buyer objections to identify customer needs and emerging market opportunities. Translate market insight into actionable recommendations that strengthen Workiva’s sustainability positioning and commercial execution.
