Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent additional years of experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • At least 3 years of strategic leadership experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
  • Experience in the P&C insurance industry, specifically with core systems.

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field).
  • Experience working with global teams and markets.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Pardot.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly articulate the differentiated value of Duck Creek solutions.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop customer-facing content and collateral, including datasheets, solution briefs, presentations, videos, and case studies.
  • Develop engaging thought leadership content (i.e., blogs, eBooks, webinars, articles, etc.) on relevant topics meant for target audience for specific products.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate product roadmaps and technical capabilities into compelling market-facing materials.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform messaging, positioning, and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain persona-based messaging frameworks and content aligned with buyer journeys.
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams through training, tools, and content to support market engagement and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for product messaging in support of PR, analyst relations, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of product marketing programs, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Demand Generation teams to support campaigns with targeted product messaging and positioning.
  • Create and manage internal documentation and communications to ensure cross-functional alignment on product marketing strategy.
  • Support analyst relations and industry recognition efforts by contributing to submissions, briefings, and presentations.
