Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Segment

Boulevard
$112,000 - $154,000Remote

About The Position

Boulevard is expanding its focus to include more sophisticated, multi-location operators across medspa, salon, and spa. This role is crucial for shaping how Boulevard wins in this enterprise segment. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be deeply embedded in the commercial strategy for upmarket buyers, covering positioning, narrative, sales enablement, deal support, and product influence. This individual will serve as the internal expert on this segment, providing insights to product, sales, marketing, and executive teams regarding buyer needs, evaluation processes, and closing strategies. Success will be measured by tangible progress in the enterprise segment, including consistent use of messaging and enablement assets by sales teams, recognition of Boulevard as a credible premium platform by enterprise buyers, improved win rates, and product decisions that reflect upmarket priorities. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, involving the development of positioning frameworks, sales decks, customized materials, and the creation of infrastructure to support enterprise sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with significant time spent marketing and selling into enterprise buyers in vertical SaaS.
  • A track record of building positioning and narratives for complex, multi-product platforms, not just feature-level messaging.
  • Fluency in enterprise GTM motions: buying committees, longer cycles, proof-driven evaluations, executive-level conversations, and committee-driven objection handling.
  • Deep experience developing enterprise sales tools that equip sellers to show platform depth, defend price, and earn conviction from sophisticated buyers.
  • Experience marketing platform APIs and integrations to enterprise audiences, translating technical depth into commercial value and positioning the product as an open, extensible layer in a modern tech stack.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through structured market insight, not just advocacy.
  • Confident, precise communication skills and the ability to tell a really clear story.
  • Ability to operate across different levels, from executives to Account Executives (AEs).
  • Thrives in situations with no playbook, comfortable building the plane while flying it, leading in ambiguity, and taking an iterative approach to break down blockers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in franchise or multi-location business models.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS, particularly in self-care (medspa, salon, or spa industries).
  • Previous PMM experience at companies that successfully moved and/or served enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise sales tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the upmarket segment, sharpening Boulevard's upmarket ICP across core verticals.
  • Map buying committee dynamics, including economic buyers, operators, franchisees, and decision influencers.
  • Develop a clear point of view on segment priorities and roadmapping, identifying what buyers care about and need from a platform like Boulevard.
  • Build the overarching upmarket narrative, crafting a positioning story that establishes Boulevard as the platform of choice for sophisticated operators.
  • Develop sharp messaging, competitive positioning, and proof points tailored to enterprise evaluation criteria.
  • Partner deeply with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver tools that drive deals, equipping sales with segment-specific tools, presentations, messaging, and collateral.
  • Partner directly with the enterprise sales team, joining strategic calls, customizing materials, and refining approaches based on real-world signals and buyer feedback.
  • Develop proposal templates, scripts, and objection handling that sales teams trust and use consistently, partnering with enablement teams to bring these to frontline teams.
  • Influence product strategy for upmarket buyers by working closely with GTM teams to capture and prioritize product requirements from upmarket prospects.
  • Consolidate insights to build a clear view of capabilities needed to win this segment.
  • Bring structured market and buyer insights into R&D roadmapping discussions, advocating for capabilities that matter most to the enterprise segment.
  • Ensure new features are sequenced, framed, and released in a way that reinforces the platform story and delivers maximum value to the enterprise segment.
