Senior Product Manager

Fifth Dimension
$185,000 - $220,000Hybrid

About The Position

Fifth Dimension is seeking a Senior Product Manager, preferably based in New York or London. This role reports to the Co-Founder & CPO and works as a peer to another senior PM. It is a senior individual-contributor position where the successful candidate will own a critical product area end-to-end, collaborating closely with engineering and engaging directly with customers. The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, requiring the ability to use tools like Figma, write briefs, prototype, make scope decisions, and drive product strategy with a focus on adoption and revenue. The company is a rapidly growing AI startup in the real estate document automation space, backed by significant investment, with a culture that values ownership, shipping, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Shipped AI product that real customers use, with real opinions on agentic systems, evaluations, and probabilistic output.
  • Deep personal AI craft, AI-native in your own workflow (e.g. Claude and AI-native tooling, shipping small code changes yourself), not AI as a novelty.
  • A commercial mindset, measuring success on adoption and revenue, and understanding how enterprise buyers evaluate, adopt, and expand.
  • Proven ability to still build and ship product personally, having done so in the last 12 months.
  • Proficiency in opening Figma, writing briefs, prototyping, cutting scope, and making product decisions.
  • Battle-tested experience in high-stakes customer conversations, including renewals, dealing with broken products, and managing promises made and kept, with the ability to detail these experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, curiosity, and active communication.
  • Capacity to bring just enough process to maintain consistency.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain knowledge in a specialist professional field such as real estate, finance, legal, insurance, healthcare, or construction.
  • Experience with complex data products, including extraction, search, intelligence, and analytics, beyond pure SaaS CRUD.
  • Platform instinct, with the ability to think in terms of systems, APIs, skills, and compounding effects rather than just features.
  • Ability to touch code, sufficient for prototyping or unblocking oneself.

Responsibilities

  • Own and ship a product area end-to-end, from customer insight to pixel-level delivery, working closely with engineering.
  • Convert product vision and live customer feedback into sharp, shipped product, including cutting scope and making critical decisions.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers in high-stakes conversations (renewals, addressing broken workflows, fulfilling promises) and translate learnings back into the product.
  • Drive product adoption and revenue by sharpening product demonstrations and sales enablement, focusing on measurable impact rather than just feature count.
  • Invent AI-native product features, including agentic workflows, streaming outputs, document intelligence, confidence signals, and human-AI collaboration, utilizing AI tools to accelerate development.
  • Implement light, reliable processes for consistent communication and alignment between founders, engineering, and customers without causing delays.

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity on a standard vesting schedule
  • 401(k) plan (US) or enhanced pension contributions (UK)
  • Generous paid time off
  • Health, dental, and life insurance (US) or private healthcare via BUPA (UK)
  • Enhanced parental leave: 14 weeks for the primary caregiver, 6 weeks for the secondary caregiver
  • Tailored support for exceptional challenges
  • 2-week all-company December shutdown
