About The Position

Siemens is hiring a Senior Product Manager to define, ship, and scale product experiences that bring generative AI into the physical world by combining models, embodiment, and real-time perception with intuitive, responsive interfaces. The role owns a core product area end-to-end, from customer discovery through roadmap development and delivery, with accountability for outcomes. It calls for strong technical product instincts, close collaboration with engineers and ML researchers, and a bias for execution. The position has no formal people-management responsibilities, but requires cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence engineering, research, business, design, operations, and go-to-market teams. The role is remote and permanent, and is listed as full-time. The stated annual pay range is $167,443–$226,073, with a target incentive of 10% of base salary. Actual pay may vary based on budget and candidate qualifications and experience, among other factors.
