About The Position

The Senior Product Manager (SPM) will be responsible for all aspects of the SPM platform and select modules within the broader portfolio. The Sr. Product Manager is accountable for planning and executing the effective design, development, verification, release, supporting documentation, training materials, sales training, delivery, and support of these solutions across the SPM Digital Workflow Solutions portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other relevant field.
  • 6+ years of relevant business experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare software development teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing (medical device product marketing experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple products along with their associated roadmaps, feature prioritization, definition, and delivery to the market, while maintaining and supporting existing commitments.
  • Experience in developing training and technical materials for software products.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with networking concepts and hosting solutions for web-based products (Azure and SQL databases).
  • Experience in business continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SPM Digital Workflow Solutions leadership to develop product plans and create product roadmaps.
  • Drive development and adoption of new SPM platforms and features.
  • Coordinate development activities across different development teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the business to prepare them for their role in supporting new products and features.
  • Work closely with sales and operational teams to increase product penetration and utilization through the development of tools, training, and programs that provide a seamless approach to selling value.
  • Collaborate with Education and Business Development teams to create and maintain effective collateral, marketing lead campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Provide prompt, comprehensive field support regarding application and use of products on an ongoing basis, including technical understanding.
  • Plan and prepare for new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams on action plans including forecasting, business case, marketing potential and target share, customer needs, value proposition, competitive analysis, trends, key challenges, sales execution strategies, product life cycle, and product training plans.
  • Determine market needs and trends, create product specifications, and determine product positioning using various market research methods. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and UI/UX on new features and products.
  • Stay informed on current market trends and sales analysis. Gather and analyze competitive product information, determine competitive strategies and tactics, and communicate strategy to the sales team.
  • Drive content, deliver training, and participate in sales meetings, national and regional conferences, and events with a focus on enhancing skills and increasing knowledge of product positioning.
  • Provide regular updates to sales, sales support, and operational teams on product changes, enhancements, and new sales tools.
  • Develop creative sales and customer promotional incentives to support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Participate in applicable standards committee meetings and ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and monitor customer feedback to drive continuous product and process improvement.
