About The Position

Roku is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead supply integrations within its advertising product organization. The role owns the end-to-end onboarding of publisher partners into Roku's ecosystem, standardizing and streamlining integrations while addressing each partner's needs. It also involves enriching inbound ad requests with effective signals through internal systems and external partnerships, and developing the programmatic exchange that powers Roku's advertising platform. The position drives experimentation and optimization across pricing, routing, and supply-demand elasticity for inventory segments, while working with leading ad technology companies and publisher partners. The Senior Product Manager will build and refine partner integrations and exchange capabilities, develop privacy-safe and regulatory-aware controls, and use data and experimentation to improve outcomes such as fill rate, CPM, latency, revenue, and user experience. The role collaborates closely with engineering, data science, sales, partnerships, operations, publisher teams, and executive stakeholders. Roku generally works in the office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays generally flexible for remote work, except where a role or assigned office requires five days of attendance.

Requirements

  • Technical educational background.
  • Understanding of RTB and exchange dynamics.

  • Strategic thinking and strong execution skills, with the ability to see the big picture and engage in details to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Shape how ad innovations, including interactive ads, pause ads, and native formats, extend to publisher partners.
  • Analyze publisher signals that monetize effectively and collaborate with partners to provide or enhance those signals using internal systems and external partnerships.
  • Build metrics that communicate partner success and ensure appropriate outcomes are measured.
  • Develop a long-term partner roadmap aligned with company objectives and informed by partner success and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand and improve how the exchange handles and optimizes impressions.
  • Enhance privacy-safe, regulatory-aware controls related to consent, privacy signals, opt-in/opt-out, and sensitive ad categories.
  • Own execution of pricing and routing experiments, measuring impact on fill rate, CPM, latency, revenue, and user experience.
  • Model and forecast supply-demand elasticity by inventory segment, including device type, content genre, daypart, and geography, to inform pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Track programmatic and CTV ecosystem shifts, including SSP consolidation, curation, supply path optimization trends, and privacy-driven identity changes, and adapt algorithms accordingly.
  • Work directly with industry groups such as the IAB Tech Lab to understand supply partner operations and ways to collaborate efficiently.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex technical features.
  • Work with engineering teams to balance technical feasibility and business impact.
