Greenlight Financial Technology•Atlanta (Remote Friendly), GA

About The Position

Greenlight is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own conversion rate optimization for visitors, especially those arriving through paid media, and improve the path from ad click to paying customer on greenlight.com. It involves identifying funnel drop-off, streamlining mobile-first flows, improving plan comparisons, and designing, executing, and evaluating experiments. The Product Manager also defines measurement and tracking across the funnel, partners with Analytics and Engineering on implementation and data quality, and reports conversion and retention KPIs to leadership.

  • A proven CRO track record with concrete examples of experiment-driven conversion gains across acquisition, signup, or onboarding funnels.
