About The Position

Nordhealth is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product problem of getting veterinary clinics set up and running on Provet faster, while also building enterprise administration capabilities for large veterinary groups. Clinic onboarding can take months because historical clinical and financial data must be transferred, practices need to be configured, and teams must learn the system. The role will focus on reducing setup time and improving onboarding outcomes through product changes that simplify configuration without sacrificing Provet’s capabilities. The Product Manager will own the roadmap and lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers. They will use customer research, operational insight and data to identify and sequence improvements, test hypotheses, and deliver changes iteratively. They will work closely with implementation, support and customer success teams, treating them as internal customers and replacing manual workarounds with product capabilities. For enterprise customers, they will define how administration is managed centrally and cascaded through regions and sites, while accommodating local needs. The role will communicate progress, risks and trade-offs clearly to the team, stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience, including experience in B2B software.
  • Experience owning a complex, cross-cutting domain and turning a manual, expert-dependent process into a product.
  • Experience owning administration, hierarchy or multi-site configuration for B2B customers with complex organizational structures.
  • Experience delivering initiatives dependent on other teams, with real deadlines and visible stakes.
  • Experience building strategy in ambiguous situations rather than only executing another person's plan.
  • Ability to simplify complex work and treat scripts, spreadsheets and other workarounds as evidence of product gaps.
  • Ability to lead a team through difficult technical problems; coding and being the architect are not required.
  • Experience delivering difficult technical work and judgment to guide its direction and quality.
  • An operational focus on improving efficiency and reducing the time required to complete processes.
  • Ability to lead through influence and clarity across an organization and within a squad.
  • Comfort making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete data.
  • Use of AI to derive insights from support tickets, implementation notes and feedback, and to help teams work faster.
  • Direct, low-ego and pragmatic approach.

  • Build measurement to identify where setup gets stuck and redesign the product to reduce reliance on internal workarounds.
  • Develop setup experiences that work for individual clinics and veterinary groups with hundreds of sites.
  • Own enterprise administration capabilities, defining what is controlled centrally, cascades to regions and sites, or remains local.
  • Communicate progress, risks and product trade-offs clearly to the team, stakeholders and leadership.
