About The Position

ServiceTitan is seeking a strategic, high-agency Staff Product Manager to lead our international expansion in Australia. This role involves owning the Australian product roadmap, adapting ServiceTitan's platform for the Australian market in a "startup within a scale-up" environment. The Product Manager will define how ServiceTitan succeeds in a new hemisphere, navigating ambiguity to localize the platform, addressing aspects like accounting integrations and regional telecom needs, and advocating for Australian contractors. This position is ideal for a customer-obsessed leader who thrives on autonomy and wants to build the foundation for a major new market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of launching products in new geographic markets or managing complex localization/internationalization projects.
  • Deep comfort with complex integrations, including accounting ecosystems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and API-heavy telecom workflows.
  • A "scrappy" founder’s mindset, comfortable operating with high autonomy, limited resources, and the stakes of a new market entry.
  • Ability to influence partner teams who may lack visibility into the local market.
  • The ability to distill complex regional requirements into a compelling "why" for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • A data-first approach to prioritization, using both quantitative metrics and qualitative "boots on the ground" insights.
  • Ability to work an adjusted schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST) to ensure high-bandwidth collaboration and synchronous overlap with US-based engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define the multi-year product roadmap for Australia, balancing immediate localization needs (e.g., GST compliance, date-time modifications) with long-term market differentiators that unblock Sales and drive long-term retention.
  • Lead deep-dive customer research with Australian contractors to uncover unarticulated needs, ensuring the development of "pro-grade" solutions.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable requirements for product development.
  • Act as a global advocate, collaborating with US-based core product teams to ensure the global architecture supports seamless internationalization.
  • Define and deliver Australia-specific functionality with engineering and design partners.
  • Partner with the Australian Go-To-Market team (Sales, Implementation, and Success) to ensure they are equipped to serve customers effectively and iterate on feedback.
  • Establish and track region-specific metrics, including product adoption, localized feature parity, and churn, that contribute to ServiceTitan's global targets.
