•$200,000 - $235,000

About The Position

Valon is an AI platform for mortgage servicing, building ValonOS as an AI-native operating system for regulated finance. The company developed and operated its own mortgage servicer to demonstrate that its technology could replace legacy mainframe systems; Carrington later acquired that servicer and adopted ValonOS as its core platform. The platform is on track to power mortgages across major servicers, with programmable processes that allow AI agents to perform servicing work within system controls. The Senior Product Manager owns product strategy and execution for a critical mortgage-servicing vertical, such as collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, payments, or escrow. This is a senior individual-contributor position reporting to the Director of Product. The role develops product roadmaps and requirements, works closely with engineering and a broad set of customers and partners, manages delivery trade-offs and dependencies, and supports successful product rollouts. Valon describes a product- and engineering-led culture focused on replacing legacy systems and delivering modern infrastructure for mortgage servicing. The role offers product ownership with potential enterprise impact as the company scales its SaaS platform.
