About The Position

Zip is hiring a Senior Product Manager to independently manage a key direct-to-consumer (D2C) financial product adjacent to its Buy Now, Pay Later offering. Reporting to and working closely with the Group Product Manager for D2C Products, this hands-on role translates broader product strategy into a focused roadmap, identifies valuable customer problems, validates opportunities through experiments, and leads a cross-functional team through product delivery and iteration. The role owns the product experience from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. The Senior Product Manager develops a deep understanding of customer needs and product performance, sets priorities, defines requirements and success measures, makes tradeoffs, and uses evidence from product launches to decide what to improve, scale, rethink, or stop. The position works with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Growth, CRM, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Operations, and other partners to deliver understandable, trustworthy financial products and sustainable business outcomes. The position is part of a remote-first US team, with the option to work in person from Zip’s Manhattan office. Zip describes its working culture as flexible and offers a range of compensation and benefits. Visa sponsorship is not available.
