  • Demonstrated experience with retail location, store reference, or business establishment data, including sourcing, taxonomies, hierarchies, metadata, harmonization, quality, refresh processes, and client delivery use cases.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, align diverse stakeholders, manage trade-offs, and guide cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data products, APIs, analytics, entity resolution, geospatial data, AI and data science (including Gen AI for entity discovery and enrichment), software development processes, and relevant NIQ platforms and operational workflows.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding stated and unstated customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; define requirements and acceptance criteria for coverage, taxonomy, attributes, quality, refresh cycles, and delivery.
  • Partner with engineering and operations to deliver reliable capabilities on time.
  • Use AI, automation, data, and analytics to improve retail entity discovery, classification, matching, enrichment, quality monitoring, and product decision-making.
