About The Position

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of a modern commercial loan origination and underwriting platform. The role will shape a relationship-centered, workflow-driven lending experience spanning client and banker intake, credit assessment, underwriting, approval, closing, booking, servicing handoffs, monitoring, renewals, and modifications across commercial lending segments. This senior product leadership position is accountable for product vision, business outcomes, team development, and end-to-end execution. The successful candidate will translate lending, credit, risk, operations, data, and technology needs into a coherent product strategy; establish scalable operating and control frameworks; and lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, prototyping, refinement, delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization. Success is measured by improvements in client and colleague experience, credit cycle time, straight-through processing, operational efficiency, data quality, risk and control effectiveness, adoption, and speed to revenue. The role owns product strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, outcomes, and product lifecycle management. It leads commercial lending transformation, discovery and prioritization, platform architecture and integrations, delivery and product operations, risk and governance, adoption and performance management, and the development of product professionals. The position is based in KeyBank’s BGPM footprint when possible and is typically hybrid three days a week in the office for candidates near a non-branch KeyBank facility. A home-based option may be considered for candidates who are not near a KeyBank location, with travel as needed. Occasional travel is expected.
