About The Position

KeyCorp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of a modern commercial loan origination and underwriting platform. The role will shape a relationship-centered, workflow-driven lending experience across the full commercial lending lifecycle, from client and banker intake through credit assessment, underwriting, approval, closing, booking, servicing handoffs, monitoring, renewals, and modifications. The position is accountable for product vision, business outcomes, team development, and end-to-end execution, and will translate lending, credit, risk, operations, data, and technology needs into a coherent product strategy and scalable operating and control frameworks. The Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, prototyping, refinement, delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization. Success will be measured through improvements in client and colleague experience, credit cycle time, straight-through processing, operational efficiency, data quality, risk and control effectiveness, adoption, and speed to revenue. The role works with business, credit, operations, risk, legal, compliance, data, engineering, and technology partners to standardize and simplify processes while accommodating differences in client segment, exposure, product, collateral, risk, regulatory requirements, and deal complexity. It also guides integrations, data practices, platform architecture, governance, testing, release readiness, adoption, and performance measurement. The position includes direct management and development of product professionals and may include other duties as assigned. The role is typically hybrid, with three days per week in the office for candidates near a non-branch KeyBank facility; a home-based option may be considered for candidates not near a KeyBank location, with travel as needed. Occasional travel is expected.
