About The Position

Ingenio is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its US Marketplace, Keen, to own the customer experience after the first paid conversation. The role focuses initially on improving retention by optimizing advisor discovery and ranking, funding and packaging experiences, and the factors that encourage customers to return. The Product Manager will establish targets and run experiments across week-1 return rate, month-1 retention, repeat purchase rate, and revenue per customer. The role will define Keen's broader Core Experience strategy and roadmap across matching and personalization, AI-powered features, loyalty, trust, and re-engagement. The Product Manager will own the customer-facing marketplace experience across web and mobile, partner with teams responsible for advisor supply, and drive customer lifetime value. This is a senior role on a small Product and Design team, with meaningful ownership, access to leadership, and responsibility for improving how the team forms hypotheses, evaluates experiments, and makes product decisions. The position requires working from Ingenio's San Francisco office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday. The full-time position has a US base salary range of $175,000–$200,000 for new hires in the San Francisco Bay Area and is eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must have valid work authorization; the role does not sponsor or support new or transferred visas.
