Figma•San Francisco, NY
•$169,000 - $303,000

About The Position

Figma is seeking an experienced Product Designer for its Core Experience team, which shapes how people create in Figma through foundational tools such as Auto Layout and Text, along with intuitive and precise canvas interactions. The designer will lead major efforts across the core editor and help define how it evolves as AI and code change how people build products. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on design. Working with engineering, product, research, and design partners, you will turn ambiguity into clear proposals and everyday experiences, applying strong interaction design craft and curiosity about complex systems. You will explore how direct manipulation, AI, and code can work together while helping people retain creative control. This is a full-time role based at a Figma US hub or remotely within the United States. The position offers an annual base salary range of $169,000–$303,000 USD, with the final level and compensation determined by factors including qualifications, experience, impact, role scope, and work location. Figma also offers equity and a competitive benefits package. Hired candidates must attend in-person onboarding.
