About The Position

Inspectorio is expanding its product capabilities into the food industry and seeks a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in food quality, food safety, and/or regulatory compliance. The role translates complex food-industry needs into scalable product solutions in collaboration with customers, Product, Design, and Engineering. The position leads product discovery, defines priorities, and shapes capabilities addressing food quality, safety, compliance, and supply chain operations.

The Product Manager owns the strategy and roadmap for food-related capabilities, leads discovery with customers and industry stakeholders, and translates operational and regulatory requirements into workflows and product capabilities. The role guides products through discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and iteration; validates solutions during pilots and early adoption; and continuously improves products using customer insights, product data, and market knowledge. It also serves as a food-industry subject matter partner and supports product positioning, solution design, and adoption with customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in food quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, or supplier quality.
• Experience owning products or major features from discovery through launch.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to translate complex workflows into scalable product solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.

• Experience with food-related software, quality systems, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for food-related capabilities within the Inspectorio platform.
• Lead product discovery with customers and industry stakeholders to understand food quality, food safety, compliance, traceability, and supplier management challenges.
• Translate complex operational and regulatory requirements into clear, scalable product capabilities and workflows.
• Partner with Design and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, business rules, and success criteria for new capabilities.
• Prioritize customer and market needs while balancing scalability, technical considerations, business value, and long-term product strategy.
• Identify opportunities to turn customer-specific requirements into reusable capabilities for the broader food industry.
• Work with customers and internal teams during pilots and early product adoption to validate solutions and incorporate feedback.
• Use customer insights, product data, and market knowledge to continuously improve existing solutions.
• Serve as a food-industry subject matter partner within Product, helping teams understand industry workflows, terminology, regulatory considerations, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support product positioning, solution design, and successful adoption of new food capabilities.
• Stay informed about evolving food quality, safety, regulatory, and technology trends that may affect customers and product strategy.
