Senior Product Manager - Procore AI Go
About The Position
Procore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Procore AI Go, its first native, AI-first app for construction. The role owns a conversational experience that helps construction teams get answers and complete work through natural conversation, using project context and taking action on users’ behalf. The goal is to take the app from beta to wide release and shape AI capabilities that work both independently and across Procore’s native apps. The Senior Product Manager will define the app’s vision and roadmap with UX and Engineering, and design, build, and ship useful conversational experiences for the jobsite. This is a hybrid position based in Procore’s San Francisco, California office. It reports to the Group Product Manager, Mobile Platform, and the company is looking for someone to join immediately.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience.
- A track record of shipping consumer-grade mobile products.
- Experience building AI-first or AI-powered product experiences, including understanding how to design, ship, and improve products built on modern AI.
- Ability to partner closely with UX and Engineering to design and ship polished products in an agile environment while maintaining quality and craft.
- Customer focus and ability to understand how construction teams work and turn real-world problems into products.
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems, define crisp requirements, and establish success metrics.
- Ability to influence without authority and align teams and stakeholders around a shared direction.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for Procore AI Go, taking it from beta to wide release.
- Define and ship conversational experiences that let field teams get answers and complete work through natural conversation.
- Deepen the app’s connection to Procore project data so users receive fast, accurate answers and can act across their projects.
- Shape how the app’s AI capabilities work as a standalone product and embed across Procore’s native apps.
- Work directly with customers in the field to understand jobsite workflows and translate insights into product direction.
- Collaborate with UX and Engineering to design, build, launch, and continually improve the experience.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work, measure quality, and guide decisions.
