About The Position

The Senior Product Manager will own product strategy and roadmap execution for a defined area within Promoted Ads, Ticketmaster’s proprietary advertising platform. This is a senior, high-trust position for a product leader who can define scope independently. The role requires balancing fan experience, client needs, and technical constraints; planning for product and platform scale; and providing clarity and strong written communication to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • A strong track record of setting and communicating product strategy and making and defending clear trade-offs.
  • Experience identifying and scoping AI/ML-driven product opportunities and partnering effectively with Data Science/ML teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, cross-functional, and executive audiences.
