Senior Product Manager - AI

Paradigm•Irving, TX

About The Position

Paradigm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own AI capabilities that automate order entry on myBLDR, Builders FirstSource’s digital platform. Customers and sales teams submit orders in formats such as PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, photos, and material lists. The role leads a product that processes these inputs, extracts details, matches them to products, validates them against business rules, and creates accurate orders with minimal manual effort. The product manager will define quality standards for LLM-powered features that customers and internal teams can trust in production, working across user discovery and technical discussions about models, prompts, and evaluation. The role drives the growth and success of AI-powered order-entry automation and shapes its roadmap in line with company strategy, customer needs, and evolving AI and market trends. It leads capabilities from ideation and prototyping through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. The position defines the end-to-end automation experience, evaluation practices, success metrics, and adoption approach, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, operations, and other stakeholders.
