Senior Product Manager, Supervisory Billing
About The Position
Headway's mission is to fix the mental healthcare system by building a new system everyone can access, starting by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The company has automated the administrative work involved in insurance, such as credentialing, claims, and payment reconciliation. Over 75,000 providers across all 50 states use Headway's software to serve over 1 million patients. Headway is building tools for therapists to run their entire practice, improving the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in platform foundations for scale. Requirements
- Experience with a GM mindset and a proven track record of growing a product's revenue or market footprint significantly.
- Experience expanding to new customers, not just upselling existing ones.
- Experience building a product from scratch (0 to 1).
- Comfort being the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for a large cross-functional mandate.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single-threaded owner of Supervisory Billing, responsible for strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, with the goal of growing it into a $50M+ business.
- Drive state and payer expansion to increase the addressable market for Supervisory Billing.
- Maximize operational efficiency to scale the product to thousands of customers and appointments.
- Design and launch new growth products on top of the core Supervisory Billing feature, including a potential marketplace for supervisors and supervisees.
