Will you be a part of the team? About the Role Our Housing team is on a mission to build the best rental experience for our users. As a key member of this best-in-class product team, you will be on the front lines, turning our ambitious vision into a reality. We are looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own a critical pillar of our core product —from discovery and search to application and payment. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team to ship innovative features that solve real problems for renters. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a direct path to shaping the future of our product.

Requirements

  • Product: 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving impact on your products and ideally experience as owner of a rapidly growing consumer or B2B2C product
  • Analytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
  • Communication: High attention to detail including precise and effective communication with senior stakeholders
  • Scrappy: In starting a new product, you need to be eager to wear multiple hats as a leader and a "doer", who will do what is required to land a new product at high quality rapidly.
  • Pace: Desire for fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop Flex's product strategy around Onboarding and how to best optimize for new user growth.
  • Monitor growth funnels and be responsible for KPIs like Net New Users, Reactivated Users, and First Month Payment.
  • Be obsessed with experimentation and driving results through A|B testing.
  • Launch experiences on both Mobile and Web interfaces, and be responsible for finding new opportunities and prioritizing product features
  • Be the experience connector between our consumers and the Marketing and Partner/Sales teams driving acquisition.
