Senior Product Manager, Internal Tools - Resy
About The Position
Resy is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of internal tools and platform capabilities that improve how Resy teams operate. In this role, you will help teams across Support, Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Operations, and Product work more efficiently by building scalable internal products that simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable teams to better serve restaurants and diners. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to productize internal processes across the organization, partnering closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable internal capabilities. From workflow automation and administrative tooling to AI-enabled experiences and operational platforms, you'll help shape the future of how Resy teams work.
