•$162,150 - $216,200•Hybrid

About The Position

Axon 911 brings together Prepared and Carbyne to create a platform combining modern 911 infrastructure with an AI intelligence layer. The Senior Product Manager II will work toward “The Perfect Response” by identifying gaps in emergency response that can lead to loss of life or preventable errors, then developing products or workflows to address them. The role leads large, cross-functional initiatives that improve communication and data-sharing for 911 telecommunicators, dispatchers, and responders. It requires ownership of a product domain, setting priorities, defining product vision and roadmaps, coordinating complex delivery, and building alignment among stakeholders. The product manager will also develop deep customer understanding through research and direct engagement, including ridealongs and sit-alongs, and will mentor other product managers. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in Axon’s Manhattan office. Axon describes its mission as protecting life and expects employees to follow relevant environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
