About The Position

Axon 911 is combining modern 911 infrastructure with an AI intelligence layer to help public safety agencies respond faster and make better decisions. The Senior Product Manager’s mission is to advance “The Perfect Response” by identifying gaps in emergency response that can lead to loss of life or preventable errors, then developing products, workflows, or systems to address them. The role leads large, cross-functional initiatives focused on communication and data-sharing for 911 telecommunicators, dispatchers, and responders. The product manager owns the domain’s priorities, leads complex projects, sets and communicates roadmaps, develops deep customer relationships through research and field observation, aligns stakeholders, mentors other product managers, and keeps initiatives moving toward high-impact outcomes. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of four days per week in Axon’s Manhattan office. Axon describes its mission as protecting life and notes that its products serve public safety agencies across 1,000 cities.
