The Senior Product Manager, Identity Services, based in Toronto, ON, will lead a self-motivated team focused on building scalable solutions in the Identity Access Management and Store Data domains. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Identity Access Management and Store Data roadmaps, ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives, and Enterprise Security. The Senior Product Manager will partner with Digital e-commerce teams and Store Data partners to implement strategic changes for pleasant user authentication experiences and provide critical data capabilities to vendors and web/app teams. Responsibilities also include driving performance optimizations, coordinating with platform teams and third-party vendors for system updates, licensing, integrations, and support, and enhancing user experience through new scalable workflows and a best-in-class Identity Management Infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Experience in building product roadmaps and translating business use cases to technical/functional requirements ensuring end-to-end delivery.
  • Deep understanding of IAM platforms and workflows (e.g., Identity repos, firewall behaviour, MFA protocols, multi touch journey analytics) and how they can be leveraged to improve experiences while keeping users safe.
  • Experience in leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, and ability to grasp technical concepts to ensure an effective working relationship with Engineering.
  • Effective at bridging gaps between Fraud, Application (App Teams), and Technical teams to ensure solutions meet both strategic and operational needs in a scalable methodology.
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques for authenticating users and managing their interactions across multiple app networks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for the Identity Access Management platform of the largest Loyalty program in the country, and our Store Data platforms to provide our users and business with elegant experiences while ensuring the highest standard of protection.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, (E-commerce, Software Engineering, Fraud, Store Teams, Legal, etc.) to understand pain points, and gather requirements and feedback to drive product evolution.
  • Use data-driven insights to diagnose deficiencies, analyze system performance, and recommend product iterations and roadmap priorities.
  • Optimize the Identity Authentication user experience by collaborating closely with our App and Fraud teams to enable new pleasant experiences while mitigating fraudulent activity.
  • Define and validate acceptance criteria for new features, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure releases meet high-quality software release standards.
