About The Position

Raptive is building a new consumer identity platform from the ground up. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and rollout of Raptive ID across web and mobile, powering both the end-user experience and the shared identity platform across our broader ecosystem. This is a startup-style builder role inside an established company. You’ll define how users sign in once and carry their identity, preferences, and activity across consumer surfaces and creator sites, while helping shape the identity foundation that supports long-term personalization, intelligence, and cross-platform user understanding. You should be equally comfortable owning product vision, evaluating vendors, making build-vs-buy decisions, and driving execution with engineering and design.

Requirements

  • Significant product management experience, including direct ownership of identity, authentication, account, or platform products
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling consumer identity systems across web and mobile
  • Strong knowledge of modern identity standards, platforms, and ecosystem players, including SSO, OAuth, OIDC, session management, and major vendors such as Auth0, Clerk, Stytch, Cognito, or Okta
  • Experience with complex identity problems such as cross-device identity, account linking, risk-based authentication, passkeys/passwordless, consent and privacy, and persistent user identity
  • Ability to evaluate vendors, make pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions, and turn strategy into shipped product
  • Strong technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams; you do not need to code, but you should be able to lead deeply technical product work
  • Builder mindset: comfortable creating clarity in ambiguity, moving fast, and helping stand up a new platform within a larger company

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with publisher and adtech identity systems is a plus, including concepts like identity resolution, PPIDs, hashed emails, shared IDs, and cookieless identity frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy for Raptive’s consumer-facing identity platform across web and mobile
  • Lead the roadmap for authentication, account systems, identity resolution, and cross-surface account linking
  • Own vendor evaluation and platform decisions across areas like Auth0, Clerk, Stytch, Cognito, Okta, and related identity tooling
  • Partner closely with engineering to implement a hybrid approach: commodity authentication where it makes sense, with core identity graph and intelligence capabilities built in-house
  • Drive rollout of identity experiences across consumer products, creator sites, and shared platform surfaces
  • Help unify and evolve Raptive’s existing identity ecosystem — including consumer account identity and legacy publisher/adtech identity systems — into a durable, privacy-conscious Raptive ID platform
  • Shape key experiences including login, registration, remembered sessions, passkeys/passwordless flows, consent, privacy controls, and account recovery
  • Work across teams to ensure identity becomes a durable platform capability, not another fragmented layer in the stack
