This team combines technology with creativity to develop world-class products, enhance storytelling, and drive innovation and scalability across Disney's media portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, Disney Parks, ABC, and National Geographic. The Commerce, Data & Identity group provides core product management functions for digital commerce, identity, growth, messaging, and privacy, and is responsible for data engineering, science, and products. This specific role, Principal Product Manager on the Identity Product customer login team, is responsible for the 'front door' to all Disney digital products and services worldwide, encompassing customer registration, login, and verification journeys. The Principal Product Manager will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these areas, focusing on an experimentation mindset to deliver measurable improvements in customer login success, reduce friction, and lower support costs at a global scale. This principal-level individual contributor will operate in a high-ambiguity environment, navigating technical, legal, business, and user-experience considerations. Key responsibilities include setting long-term direction for authentication capabilities and UX journeys, influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders, and mentoring product managers within the Identity organization to elevate product artifacts, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking. The role also involves leveraging advanced AI tools to enhance product management practices.
