About The Position

OG.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the critical functions of user onboarding and fiat transactions. This role is responsible for the entire user journey from signup, KYC, and fiat funding to payouts and the underlying payment/banking infrastructure. The goal is to create a fast, trustworthy, and user-friendly onboarding experience that maximizes conversion and user trust. The Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap for these areas, making key decisions on balancing friction with compliance, selecting funding methods, and ensuring a high-quality user experience and operational standard. This position reports to the Chief Product Officer and is distinct from the Product Manager responsible for trading surfaces.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning money-in and/or user onboarding (signup, KYC/identity, deposits, funding), with the ability to articulate the funnel, drop-offs, and resulting metrics.
  • Experience owning payments/banking products, including payment rails, funding methods, or banking/on-ramp products (e.g., ACH, cards, PSP, payouts, crypto on/off-ramp).
  • Demonstrated design sensibility as a product skill, with the ability to evaluate money-in and identity UX specifics (hierarchy, density, recovery, trust).
  • Strong data ownership skills, including the ability to instrument funnels, size opportunities, and prioritize work independently.
  • High degree of user empathy, demonstrated by a willingness to use the product regularly to experience friction firsthand and by asking behavioral questions.
  • Focus on built and owned products rather than solely on academic background or years of experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Product Manager at a crypto exchange, crypto bank, or regulated on/off-ramp.
  • Experience in consumer growth/activation, specifically owning a signup or first-value funnel.
  • Hands-on experience using prediction markets, sportsbooks, or similar platforms, understanding the need for instant funding.
  • Deep fluency with Figma and design systems.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools for research, specifications, and iteration with human-in-the-loop judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and fiat process, including signup, verification, deposit, and time-to-funded.
  • Make critical decisions regarding the balance between user friction and compliance requirements.
  • Own the payments and banking product, including selection of funding methods, payout processes, limits, retries, and partner user experience (e.g., ACH, cards, instant funding).
  • Treat payment rails, authorization, and fund flow as a product responsibility, not merely a vendor management task.
  • Manage the money-in funnel as a growth surface, instrumenting drop-off points, addressing leaks, and prioritizing work based on conversion impact.
  • Collaborate with the Predictions Product Manager on the transition from a funded account to the first trade.
  • Maintain a high design standard for trust and money-related user experiences, focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and error states.
  • Create wireframes and actively participate in design discussions using Figma.
  • Conduct user research to understand current user behaviors in signup, verification, and money movement processes.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by aligning engineering, design, data, compliance, payments, banking partners, and operations towards funded-user outcomes.
  • Manage the backlog and ship cadence for the onboarding and fiat charter, with final sign-off authority on product and UX standards.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Attractive annual leave entitlement including birthday and work anniversary leave
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Company-sponsored group health, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance
  • Flexi-work hour and hybrid set-up
  • Internal mobility program for career advancement
