About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to own how Counsel's product integrates within leading healthcare organizations. This role involves building consumer experiences that facilitate successful partnerships. The position requires a blend of consumer product and enterprise platform responsibilities, including shipping new features for patients such as onboarding flows, evaluations, care interactions, and clinical touchpoints. A key constraint is ensuring that all developed features are compatible across all partners. The role also encompasses owning the partner integration surface, including APIs, customization layers, and embedded experiences that allow healthcare organizations to incorporate Counsel's care capabilities into their own products. This involves co-designing with partners, creating user-loved products, and developing platform primitives to streamline future integrations. This role is based in our NYC office.

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience with a significant focus on B2B2C products.
Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and platform architecture, capable of making sound decisions and collaborating effectively with engineering.
Experience with B2B2C products where end-user experience was critical to partnership success and where business had clear expectations for that experience.
Systems thinking ability to design for current partners while anticipating future needs.
Ability to foster strong relationships with partners and engineering teams, where input is valued.
A deep commitment to the end-user experience, demonstrated by challenging suboptimal integrations and improving user-facing products.

Nice To Haves

Experience with platform and API-first products where the product was integrated within another brand.
Residing in the NYC area and enthusiasm for working in an office environment.
Deep interest in AI and its applications, with a desire to work on impactful AI-driven products.
Experience building embedded or white-label product experiences.
Active use of AI tools in product workflows and informed opinions on their effectiveness.
Familiarity with healthcare IT, EMR integrations, or health system partnerships, or the ability to learn these areas quickly.

Responsibilities

Co-design with partners, providing constructive feedback and pushing for visionary solutions.
Build platform primitives to simplify and expedite new integrations, preventing repetitive development.
Manage partner relationships from beginning to end, including executive-level communication and building trust through delivery.
Advocate for a high standard of end-user experience in all integrations, discussions, and development efforts.
