About The Position

This role is for a Senior Product Manager to join one of Jane's Clinical teams, focusing on patient contributions to their own care, including consents, intake forms, and surveys. The position involves rethinking how this information flows, is collected, and connects to the broader care experience. The team is forming as part of a rebalancing within the Clinical group, offering a rare opportunity to shape the team's identity, build its roadmap, and define success within a company that serves thousands of clinics daily. The ideal candidate will have strong product instincts, a bias for shipping, and curiosity about practitioner and patient interactions with clinical workflows. Healthcare experience is a plus, but deep curiosity and the ability to move a team forward are paramount.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with time spent in complex, workflow-heavy product areas.
  • Experience delivering an AI-powered product or feature from concept through launch (0 to 1), including defining success, managing reliability and trust, and knowing when to pull back.
  • A track record of owning a team's roadmap and building compelling rationale connected to a broader strategy.
  • Comfort evaluating tradeoffs between AI and non-AI approaches, articulating the value of AI versus added complexity.
  • Comfort working across teams and influencing without authority, collaborating closely with adjacent Clinical teams, Support, and PMM.
  • Strong product sense: regularly talks to customers, anchors decisions in data, and articulates the 'why' behind the roadmap.
  • Experience running betas, experiments, or phased rollouts, scoping small, learning fast, and adjusting.
  • Actively uses AI tools to improve personal productivity and is excited about helping others do the same.
  • Takes broad ownership; instinct is to pick up tasks that fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for consents, intake forms, and surveys, building a clear point of view grounded in customer needs, data, and Jane's product strategy.
  • Shape how patients contribute to their care digitally, reducing friction for both patients and the practitioners who rely on that information.
  • Identify and deliver AI-powered experiences that make patient intake smarter and less burdensome, evaluating where AI creates value, owning end-to-end delivery, and defining success metrics.
  • Establish guardrails for AI features in this space, including fallback behavior and human-in-the-loop patterns, to ensure trustworthiness.
  • Champion AI usage across the team and group, both in product development and team operations (e.g., accelerating discovery, analyzing feedback, automating tasks).
  • Drive a consistent shipping cadence through iterative, well-scoped work to maintain team momentum and clarity.
  • Be creative about learning faster through effective betas, exposing assumptions, and proactively sharing learnings.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, support, and marketing to ship the entire customer experience.
  • Build alignment with stakeholders across Clinical and beyond, managing ownership from problem discovery through launch and enablement.
