About The Position

Brellium's mission is a big one – to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. We’ve built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients. Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk. Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care - at scale. Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then, we’ve grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care. We’re a Series A company with over $30MM in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures. We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Brellium's product — with a focus on the clinical intelligence that makes our platform trustworthy. Brellium's mission is to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. We've built AI-powered technology that helps providers catch compliance and clinical risks before they impact patients. We're early in the journey, growing fast, and figuring things out as we go — which means this role will have a big hand in defining how our product works and scales. As a PM at Brellium, you'll work across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to make our product fast, reliable, and easy to use. You'll focus on the clinical side — translating how clinical care actually works across specialties (payer rules, documentation standards, evolving regulations) into product decisions, and influencing how we build the bench of specialty experts — fractional clinical advisors today, full-time specialty leads as verticals scale — who keep our intelligence sharp. A note on how we work: Brellium moves fast. Decisions happen in hours, not weeks. Communication is concise and direct — Slack over meetings, bullets over decks. If you're coming from a place where scope takes three rounds of alignment to finalize, this will feel jarring.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of operations, strategy, or clinical operations experience at a healthcare or digital health company.
  • You've built and scaled a team or function from scratch — not inherited one, built one.
  • You operate at startup pace: default to action, keep communication tight, and treat delay as a cost.
  • You understand clinical workflows deeply, whether through direct clinical experience, managing clinical teams, or operating in clinical domains for years.
  • You're a systems thinker who designs scalable processes without over-engineering them.
  • You translate clinical nuance into clear direction for product and engineering teams who don't speak the same language.
  • You learn quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and aren't afraid to adjust course as we grow.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical licensure or certification (RN, LCSW, BCBA, CPC, or similar) — helpful context, but what matters more is that you can work with clinical expertise at scale, not be the sole source of it.
  • Experience at a digital health or health tech startup, especially one working with AI/ML product teams.
  • Familiarity with E/M coding, behavioral health documentation standards, or payer audit processes.
  • Prior experience managing clinical advisory boards or external clinical consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the clinical operations function from the ground up — how reviews are conducted, how knowledge is codified, how quality is measured.
  • Recruit and manage the specialty expert bench — fractional clinical advisors when entering new verticals, full-time specialty leads as specialties mature — plus reviewers and coding specialists across mental health, ABA, hospice, home health, and nutrition.
  • Set the KPIs and quality metrics for clinical accuracy, review turnaround, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with product and engineering to translate clinical standards, payer requirements, and specialty nuance into actionable product logic.
  • Own the feedback loop between what our platform catches in the field and how our clinical intelligence evolves.
  • Be the clinical voice in customer conversations, QBRs, and strategic discussions with healthcare executives.

  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
