Requirements

8-10 years of software Product Development experience ideally with B2B or B2C SaaS products.
At least 4 years focused on how to optimize AI-driven user engagement
Ability to combine a strong product sense with business acumen to deliver positive outcomes to customers and the business
Passionate about our mission
Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve
Excellent communication skills
Ownership mentality
Ability to engage in respectful debate and arrive at “win-win” decisions

Self-aware with a growth mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or relevant job experience.
